1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ug779 ("ug779," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ug779 online gaming platform located at ug779.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ug779 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ug779 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioral monitoring to detect duplicate account creation. 3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ug779 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established, any confirmed real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ug779 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the ug779 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

ug779's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your ug779 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and whether ug779 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ug779 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. ug779 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability outside of ug779's reasonable control.

12 Privacy

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ug779 Platform shall first be submitted to ug779 customer support for attempted resolution via good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the dispute to binding arbitration or initiate proceedings before the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ug779 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ug779 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ug779 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
